Bible in 90 Days: The Last Week

Posted by Sarah on March 28, 2011

I am halfway through Romans right now. The goal is to finish the bible by Saturday. I can’t believe that I have made it this far. I have had the flu and the cold (and so has my family), I have made it through the rainy months. I have been able to lean on God.

I also haven’t had anyone over for dinner in a little while. I haven’t been great about making plans with people. My house hasn’t really been clean in a while.

I am really grateful that I made the decision to bust my way through the bible. I have a new understanding of God and His word. I am also ready to get back to my normal life. I am ready to read some and pray some. Study something out. Clean my house, entertain friends, and play with the kids.

Today I was able to come across my theme scripture for the year.

Romans 12:12 – Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.

Now back to reading. Must finish!

My house is on the messy side, too. And I haven’t had many over for dinner lately, either. :)
But, as you know, this is an awesome pursuit! You’re almost there!!
I am so proud of you!
